Collections of different products with the same common denominator of high quality, elegance and originality, distinguished by their unique elements regarding the story, artisan working techniques or raw materials that characterise them. These are the products chosen for proposal in the concept store.

The company is included in the Il Chinotto nella Rete business network united by their shared passion for this extraordinary citrus fruit. The network’s main aim is to promote the Ligurian territory and its highest quality products, following the common thread of chinotto, thanks to the popularity of this esteemed fruit. The network organises taste workshops, advertising events and exhibitions in collaboration with the Slow Food name in Savona.

Chinotto is a citrus plant from a faraway land yet, in a small impervious coastal land – as generous as it is averse – in Savona, its ideal home. Slowly over the centuries, here it has been transformed and is reborn with unique characteristics. Truly enchanting and contradictory, it immediately found fame and popularity, becoming the protagonist of delicacies throughout the world: from the unforgettable 1950s iconic drink, to candied fruits, from jams to sweets, to the inebriating pleasure of perfumes and cosmetics.

After a period of decline, the original Chinotto di Savona has recently started being cultivated again. Today chinotto is a true cult phenomenon and has found fame once more.
