Gustu Natura is a small family-run preserves company located in Sartène, in southern Corsica. Inspired by recipes handed down by elders, it continues a culinary tradition rooted in simplicity and naturalness. All products are guaranteed free from colourings, additives and preservatives: spreads, flavoured salts, seasonings and sweets are handcrafted in their workshop and are entirely plant-based. Their philosophy centres on the use of fresh, healthy, local ingredients, partly grown on their own land and partly sourced from nearby producers. Deeply committed to respecting nature, they strive to reduce environmental impact through thoughtful farming and sustainable methods. This approach preserves the authenticity of Corsican flavours and results in products that are “natural, simple and authentic,” celebrating the island’s land and appealing to the most discerning palates.
