Nestled in a village in southern Corsica, Limonade de Gialla reimagines lemonade by returning to its artisanal roots. This venture was born from a desire to share carefree moments among friends and to rediscover the joyful flavours of childhood. In their workshop in San Gavino di Carbini, Solenne and Christian De Luca craft their recipes following traditional lemonade-making methods: pure mountain water from Alta Rocca, just the right amount of sugar, and 100% natural lemons and flavourings. They favour fine bubbles and moderate sweetness to highlight emblematic Corsican aromas — vibrant citrus, floral notes and indulgent accents — evoking orchard sweetness and the freshness of Mediterranean scrubland. Each flavour is carefully designed to remain authentic and reflect the island’s wild character. The same attention is given to the glass bottles, featuring traditional closures made from recycled materials, available in 33 cl and 75 cl formats. Gialla thus embodies a simple yet modern “made in Corsica” lemonade, deeply rooted in its territory and rich in local charm.
